Harrison, the holder of every major Colts' receiving record, did not make the trip to Jacksonville, the Indianapolis Star reported.
Harrison has 53 catches for 605 yards and five touchdowns in 2008. He has played in every game this season after missing 11 games last year with a knee injury.
Harrison, 36, had just two catches against the Lions in Week 15, but it was enough to move him into the No. 3 spot on the all-time list with 1,095 career receptions. Harrison is now just six catches shy of tying Cris Carter for second all-time (behind Jerry Rice-1,549).
